Molitor, does he actually "get it"?

Infield was playing in, as I recall. That would cut down the chances of success.

This is a valid point, however with the runner on third breaking for home as the pitcher starts his delivery the infielders have very little time to work with. It's essentially impossible to cut the runner down unless the bunt is very hard.

I didn't watch the game but why did he take out Duffey after one batter in a 15 inning game? That seems like horrible bullpen management.

Duffey was gassed from previous game(s).

I'd guess because he threw 30 pitches the day before and they Twins have 7 games upcoming in a row.  It was the 1st time this season Duffy had gone back to back games as well and probably didn't want to have him unavailable for 2 of the Houston games, but that's just speculation.
