bighat Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Something brewing here in the bottom 9....
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Dozier, you've turned off your batting computer...
bighat Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Hey, umpire delays have helped the Twins in the past....let's see here!
twinsnorth49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Something brewing here in the bottom 9....Mmmmm......brewing.
bighat Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Sano may just likely have a chance here.....holy cow.
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Lost confidence? Like he ever had any?Once long ago, in a galaxy far, far away.
wavedog Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Kind of like a repeat of last nights game - except the roles are reversed. We don't have Plouffe to hit into a DP.
gocgo Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Bummer. Big fly granny would have been a nice way to end the game.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 I get why he was swinging, but he should have walked twice in that AB
wavedog Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Sano was a day early to bring out a Golden Sombrero to celebrate Cinco de Mayo
Winston Smith Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Last chance for Gibbie to prove hisself????Come on it's not like they passed on Mike trout to draft him or something like that, what do you expect?
Jham Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 I have a theory about popular young hitters with big success playing in day games after night games: Germans love David Hasselhoff, and 20 somethings don't always go to bed early.
gocgo Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Come on it's not like they passed on Mike trout to draft him or something like that, what do you expect? The rumblings have been there that he's on thin ice. Not sure if you bring up Berrios at this point...maybe a little DL stint...you know, the blister on his finger is gonna take some time to heal.
spinowner Provisional Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Dangit! This is the second time in 11 days that they've lost a game.
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Kepler sitting against a righty eh? I would say how dumb this is but I'm sure DanSan will go 3-4 now today. Danny Santana needs to justify his roster spot pretty soon with some good hitting. Otherwise, we might be seeing Nico Goodrum get his first taste.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 I miss the ol' Gibby... But yeah, i am not too concerned about the Twins as a whole.

twinssporto Verified Member Posted May 4, 2017 Author Posted May 4, 2017 Thanks for playing today Ladies and Gentlemen! Sorry we couldn't sweep it out the door. Until tomorrow... Go Twins!
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 Santana went 2-for-4 with a homerun and a beauty bunt single today. Nice offensive day for DanSan for sure. He got my note!
