The one thing that this video didn't show was the pitcher. If the pitcher puts his foot on the rubber without the ball in his possession it's a balk. The other thing to mention, possibly the biggest mistake, is that the third base coach didn't pick up on it. He's gotta watch that.

Yeah, I don't think that play works because the pitcher seems to go to the rubber.

I checked the rule, and the pitcher is not allowed to straddle the rubber without the ball either. The video shows him on the back of the mound but cuts away after that.
