Nick Burdi - New Arm Slot?

Since he went down with the injury last year that one wouldn't necessarily think would keep him out the whole year, I've been waiting for some news on how reliever Nick Burdi is doing.

Lots of interesting stuff about what the injury was and what may have caused it.

 

Doesn't look like he will get that Spring Training invite after all, which disappoints me, but sounds like he is healthy.

 

Hopefully the change isn't a roadblock to seeing him this year.

he needs to stay healthy.  2 seasons not advancing beyond AA and spending too much time on the DL

I don't think he'll spend much time in AA if he shows he's back early in the year.

Hope they can find a solution to his control and injury woes. He's certainly one to add to the list of revolving door RPs I'd like to see this year.
