It talks about Best Hitter, Best Power, Best Defense, Best Fastball, Best Secondary Pitches and so much more. It's a fun read put together by one of my favorites, JJ Cooper.

Well in my opinion from watching GCL/Instructs/etc games and a few of these guys in PG events (which goes hand in hand with BAs) has the Draft card look like this

Best Hitter: Alex Kirilloff.  Jose Miranda has plus plate approach

Best Power: Alex Kirilloff and Shane Carrier (raw)

Best Speed: Akil Baddoo

Best Defense: Ben Rortvedt

Best fastball: Griffen Jax

Best Changeup: Griffen Jax

Best Slider: Tyler Benninghoff

Closest to MLB: Reliever Tom Hackimer with his sidearm action. I'm a big fan of his as well as most guys who are accustomed to Driveline
