Upgrading My Payment System

Hi guys.  I have a small shop and I'm selling sporty stuffs.  I only accept cash that's why some customers who don't bring cash just leave without any item.  Now, I want to have one to make it more convenient to these card-paying customers. I have found one online but I want to make sure I get the best.  Do you have any suggestions?  Perhaps the one you are you using that doesn't give you any trouble.  Thanks!

Great Idea, I'm currently looking at the credit card machine option from this website that I found online http://tsysmerchantsolutions.com/merchant-solutions/credit-card-machine/ they have different varieties to choose from and I'm eyeing the wireless machine that they have, It's handy and something that I can use during meet-ups in case someone orders online. I might give them a call soon to inquire about their pricing since there's no pricing available on their website.
