OK with the glove but he had a weird misplay with his footwork that nearly allowed a baserunner. Should have, in fact, but the Twins got lucky that the replay was inconclusive.

I saw TK working with him a lot during ST. Footwork there was one of the things he worked on.

I think he's been pretty impressive, actually. He's shown some good discipline at times. He's driven some pitches in some big spots (the home run in KC, the double last night, and te home run today). He seems to have a really good attitude.

You really couldn't realistically expect much more from him, at this point. I'm really happy with him thus far.

Even in the HR AB today, he fell behind 0-2, worked it back to 2-2, and hit a breaking ball for the HR.

 

Many have questioned if he'll hit breaking stuff, but I always sorta felt he'd be fine on that, and struggle more with velocity.  He's seen lots and lots of breaking pitches in KBO.

Yes, well, it doesn't do well to let too many know of your super powers because then they keep asking things from you.
