stringer bell Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Nice hitting from Nuñez, Mauer and Plouffe. It would be nice to cap it off with a big fly.
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Plouffe's BA is up to .222. Nunez a cool .800. Let's beat this Weaver guy like the rented mule he is.
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 You now, Park has probably seen a fair number of pitchers about like Weaver...
Linus Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Man Weaver is offering up some slop
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Mauer's at .389. Arcia is .111. The hitting is contagious.
mickeymental Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 who are these players and what have they done with the twins?
D. Hocking Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Is Vanimal on another date? We need to find out what the factor is for when they score more than one run an inning.
Puckett34 Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 That was a encouraging inning. Keep it up.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Damn. I was hoping for more than two there but Weaver looks so bad I can't see the Twins not scoring more against him.
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Damn. I was hoping for more than two there but Weaver looks so bad I can't see the Twins not scoring more against him. Careful. That sounds entirely too optimistic.
Linus Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 After that catch I'm glad Plouffe is not an outfielder. Man he is slow
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 I'm happy to say the Twins are going to win again today! I'll be out on the golf course and not able to watch the game...And I'm watching, so we have the right combo in tact
Circus Boy Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Right on time. Led for 7 minutes.
Pardon My Dinger Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Modern Family's Manny is getting pretty roughed up on the mound.
Linus Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Great play by murphy. Short hop pick up of the overthrow and a perfect throw to second
mikeee Provisional Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Looks like pitch to contact is happening!
Linus Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Good throw by murphy. He's better than Suzuki with the glove.
Darius Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 The offense starts coming around and the rotation falls apart. Well, Nolasco and Milone are bad, so it's not as much "falling apart" as them just always being bad pitchers. This team could really use their best starting pitcher in the MLB rotation right about now, if they have any hopes of crawling back into this thing.

SwainZag Community Moderator Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Good throw by murphy. He's better than Suzuki with the glove. That was a strike he threw down to 2nd on the steal too. If the pitch was anything but the slow curve he is very out.
Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Nunez now 9 for his last 9?
Dozier's Glorious Hair Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Nunez now 9 for his last 9? 9 for his last 10, I think.
Puckett34 Verified Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 And magic legs http://i.imgur.com/Y0cKImm.jpg
SwainZag Community Moderator Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 You think Dozier even felt that? 73 MPH? I was hit with harder pitches in little league.
EephusKnuckler Provisional Member Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Damn, Joe just missed his spot there. I thought for sure we were getting at least one run there
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 I don't know what kind of defensive baseball they play in Korea and Japan but it sure doesn't have much in common with the American version.
