Change Display Name

At one point, there was a way to change the display name; I remember doing it about a year ago. Now I can see a dialog for display name history, but nothing to change the name itself.

 

Is this something that's only allowed once a year, and if I wait a few more weeks can do again, or has the option been turned off altogether?

PM me your request an I'll take care of it. I had to remove the ability to change display names for one reason or another. Can't remember the details but it screwed up something on the board.
