Blake Verified Member Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 I was hoping no one would quote that whole thing. I was just beginning to think I'd gotten off easy, when, BAM, you did it. Well, you may be right...but I love them, and that's what matters, right?I posted before I realized that I could have edited the quote. Then I thought, eh, why not?
Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 So, I check mlb.com...Mr. B. Dozier is getting absolutely no love. 2 dingers and 4 rbi's in a route of the Sox and nothing, nada, zilch. It's a conspiracy of silence. According to mlb.com stats, Mr. Dozier leads all 2B's in home runs, is third in rbi's, tied for 2nd in triples and leads all 2b's in runs scored. All while playing stellar defense. I think the Twins got a bargain with the contract extension. If they make some noise against the Red Sox, that may give notice to the national media.

Boston is big when it comes to baseball. Twins and Dozier do good = bigger headlines.
