So, I check mlb.com...Mr. B. Dozier is getting absolutely no love. 2 dingers and 4 rbi's in a route of the Sox and nothing, nada, zilch.

 

It's a conspiracy of silence.

 

According to mlb.com stats, Mr. Dozier leads all 2B's in home runs, is third in rbi's, tied for 2nd in triples and leads all 2b's in runs scored.

 

All while playing stellar defense. I think the Twins got a bargain with the contract extension.

If they make some noise against the Red Sox, that may give notice to the national media.

I don't think the AL East is very strong this year. 

 

I honestly think the Worlds Series contestants will come out of the Al Central and the NL West.

It's not about the strength of the teams. It's about the media market. Boston is big when it comes to baseball. Twins and Dozier do good = bigger headlines.

Ah, I see. Well, let's hope the Twins in general and Brian Dozier in particular drop the hammer on the Red Sox.
