Okay, How much does he feel age is a factor for observing and interpreting Midwest League results. Does he see younger players doing well as a  predictor of future success or as a way to temper expectations if a older player for the league is having a good year? Or is it not a factor at all.

Was he really interviewed by the Twins, and was he ever considered a serious candidate for Gardy's job?

What is it like having almost a completely new roster every year? How much do you have to change your strategy each year, or even with roster changes from call-ups?

I like the roster question. A followup would be how he deals with roster turnover as the year goes on. How do you keep a team together when it isn't the same set of guys at the end of the year?
