I'd love to see both Achter and Tonkin in the big leagues. Unfortunately, the Twins need to clear some space for them.

Yeah, Jones is in Ft. Myers, just working out. He likely won't pitch a lot this year.

Shibuya could eventually be given another shot at starting, I would think, but the others are relievers at this stage of their careers.

The Pitching depth is looking so much better in both the bullpen and the rotation at the upper levels. Ryan Pressly was pretty decent last year with the Twins and this year at Rochester there are three or four guys doing equal if not better than he is (and he is having a very good season). Bullpen depth is excellent.

 

Why is Burton still on the roster?
