    Stevenson played 109 games for the Nationals in his age 27 season and was terrible. He is now 29. He's not a major league player.

    Ortega had thrown 36 or so pitches 2 days ago. At the very least Sands should have been used there. The Twins are effectively creating a dead roster spot with their lack of usage of Sands. It's bad roster management.
