I would speak with him to ask if he is open to such a trade. If he is open, then maybe a major market team might be willing to take the injury risk. Nothing to lose from asking.
It seems to me that the politicians should have made a better deal by insisting that the owners commit to pay a minimum payroll based on a percentage of gross income. I wonder if any other city has ever done something like that.

These articles are written on a deadline, and the definition of "goat" " seems subjective.
My sense is that even the greatest players can have a "goat" moment.
His raw stuff seems above average, and he had some bad luck in the third inning. I would be inclined to give him one more start in the hope that he can adjust to the show.
