  1. There are a LOT of interesting links in this blog. I have spent almost an hour looking at them. Thanks for the hard work putting this together.
  2. Great pictures and an interesting article. It will be sad if the Twins leave, but it's also sad that the city won't come up with some cash to fix the facility. I would guess that visiting Twins fans contribute a lot to the local economy. I am tempted to buy a Snappers jersey before it's too late.
  3. Great article. I wish that I could be there, but you are doing a good job hitting some high spots. I look forward to the next installment.
  4. I realize that baseball is a business, but sometimes I wonder what effect a trade might have on team morale. Also, having both Morneau and Willingham in the lineup could mean a lot of home runs next year, if Morneau can continue to regain his former performance level.
  5. It seems to me that even a C prospect would be better than nothing. Such C prospect might later be packaged as part of a decent trade, and Pavano could get a chance with a contender. Also, Pavano could take one of Diamond's start, so that Diamond could get some rest.
  6. I kinda feel sorry for the Indians, but it will be nice if we can pass them.
  7. This is a definite bright spot in a bleak season.
  8. One more run here would be nice.
  9. Nishi comes through with the SF. This is good.
  10. Now let's take the lead and finish this thing. Oh no, it's Nishi time.
  11. Yes, please, a big inning would be great here.
  12. I share your desire that Deduno succeed, but I also like DeVries. It seems to me that DeVries is a hard worker who is making the most out of what he can do.
  13. This would be a good time for Nishi to get on base.
  14. This game is not going well at all. I do not have a live feed. Can someone comment on what's wrong with Deduno's pitching?
  15. What if the owner of the White Sox bought Chick-fil-A? Would that dampen anyone's taste for this restaurant?
  16. This is a great post. I have been wondering when Revere would have enough at bats to qualify, and whether some day he might actually win the title.
  17. Nice blog, Kirsten.
  18. If you get stopped, at least you have a worthy defense.
  19. My philosophy on this is that we all share a common mania, some more than others. I think about the Twins at random times during each day, even the offseason, and I check at least 3 Twins websites every day, even on Christmas day. I always want to watch the games and I always need to know the score. Some fans are less hard core than this, and some are more hard core. While I may completely disagree with what some people say here, the diversity is enlightening and from what I have seen, the debate is generally civil. But it does not hurt to remind ourselves that the most abrasive Twins fan will always be more of your ally than the nicest White Sox fan.
  20. On a positive note, I am hopeful that Deduno might be a solid #2 or #3 starter, and that Devries could be a solid #3 or #4.
  21. This seems like good news. It would be great if Buxton could advance rapidly.
