    Star-Spangled Banner ... done poorly and sung incorrectly. And, honestly ... I think it could be done once at the beginning of each series. More and more I see people not really 'bothering' with it, which is a shame. But I wonder if done once at the beginning of each series, and done well and properly, it would be attended to as it should be ... and not become so routine and 'old.' No more 'God Bless America' except for special occasions. Stupid on-field or on-top-of-the-dugouts 'games' or 'races' between innings, for our entertainment. THE WAVE!!! But I think the wave was old when it was new.

    I wouldn't bring Perk in at all in this game. Let's get out of Detroit and re-evaluate then. We have others in the pen that can be used and should be used.
