    I got so involved with other things (namely work) and completely forgot the game. And forgot to DVR it. Blargh. Hope I'm not missing anything good?

    I've incorporated everyone from the first draft into the list in the original post and updated the teams (to the best of my knowledge), so going forward, we'll have just this thread if anyone is interested and grabbing anyone else. Think about perhaps taking on another prospect ... a teammate to someone you already have, perhaps? Or someone on another level of play to complete your trifecta, or quadfecta? (Is quadfecta a word? My computer isn't trying to 'auto-correct' so maybe it is?) Anyway ... if anyone wants to adopt another prospect at any time throughout the season, this is the place to do it. The first thread will 'go away' so we don't have more than this thread and the 'how to/questions' thread pinned at the top. Also, if I've missed someone ... let me know. And, also, I've not updated the rookie league teams any. Maybe I'll get an updated list in a few weeks, for those at EST, etc. Oh, and also ... we'll have another official draft after the MLB draft takes place! And now is the time to get those pages up. Assignments have been made, teams are going, seasons are starting! Carry on and go forth and ... yeah, whatever! Yay baseball!

    Yeah ... that's why I think the pop-up was a thing and I was less forgiving of the pick-off ... which ended up not being one, whether right or wrong.

    Eddie does some pretty head-scratching things from time to time; and then he does something really great. It's why he's one of my favorite players. He's not boring. But I don't think acknowledging that he does do some head-scratching things once in a while is racially/culturally motivated. Maybe it is for others. However, honing in on him every single time for every single gaffe? Could be, yes. Bringing into the discussion racial or cultural explanations as to why he might not be what you think he should be? Yeah. Definitely. Imo. Although I haven't seen the latter in regards to Eddie ... I have for other players, though.

    He knows he did wrong. You see him in the dugout afterwards hitting himself in the head as if you say, 'You goofed.' Let's hope he doesn't do that again. It was not good. I actually think that's worse than the pick-off.

    Yeah, I'm getting some really slow loads and time outs again. On my work computer mostly. But then maybe I'm just at work when it's happening. Using Firefox. I sometimes try Chrome but it's no better.

    I think updates in thread like this will suffice. The ability to edit posts times out ... and I don't think you can edit titles at all. But I'll change the title to refelct it's an ongoing tally ... does that work? Because I don't want to change it for every solo home run throughout the season.

    Well, maybe they did think it inconclusive. Period. Which isn't enough to overturn the call. They took a long time on it, so that's all I could think of. I doubt he would've been left standing there if they thought he was out, despite the call on the field.
