  1. This broadcast team is actually really enjoyable. Haven't been able to say that, well, almost never while living here.
  2. It's especially fun when you live in Chicago!
  3. Um ... what's with this name? Is this TD's version of 'Invasion of the Body Snatchers'?
  4. Since he's not chirping away here, I'd guess he's passed out.
  5. Sox announcers: "We didn't know that was a rally squirrel."
  6. Keep it up ... PERFECT!!!! HAHAHAHA ...
  7. heh ... the Sox announcers are really liking the squirrel.
  8. Lol ... stop doing that! Heh ... I keep looking at those posts and wonder what I'm missing.
  9. Went to make dinner, came back and see I missed all the fun.
  10. And right now, it's 75 deg with 70% humidity ... so the AC of off and the windows are wide open.
  11. And they're talking about a squirrel or something ... then mentioned Rocky & Bullwinkle and Frostbite Falls, MN
  12. I'm in ChiSox territory, so I have the Sox broadcast on.
  13. Ahh, yes ... and I guess you've forgotten the Aug. 6 game vs the Braves? But yeah, wish that could have ended differently, especially since Sano has been doing so well lately.
  14. I'm a tennis player who has had elbow tendonitis, or possibly radial tunnel syndrome (never received a definitive diagnosis from the ortho), a shoulder impingement (but this I blame on softball, not tennis), tennis leg, and now ... not sure what, but I'm guessing bicep tendonitis (something I've had before, but it hurt lower and now it seems to be affecting me in the front shoulder area) and possibly some arthritis mixed in. Whatever, it's been manageable, but all this information is really useful. And no ... I'm not using you to diagnose myself ... just information gathering.
  15. Hence they are just 'guidelines' and not absolutes.
  16. Well, heh, I drive a convertible. There are times when I’ve turned on the AC or heat when the top is down.
  17. Back on topic, please. This thread is about Twins news from national sources, not about other teams' stadiums and revenue. While interesting, perhaps someone wants to start a thread in the other baseball forum about this, let's keep this thread to its purpose ... as Twins news amalgamation thread. Thanks.
  18. I don't want to look it up, but I assume there's some kind of official ranking out there, because there is for everything these days ... is there an actual ranking showing that the Twins are less clutch? But since they have a winning record, wouldn't that imply that they don't need as much clutchness? But I get it ... it'd be nice to get runners home when they are in scoring position and it sucks when they don't. Still doesn't necessarily mean they are less clutch. Unless there is some kind of graph that shows this. Yeah, I don't want to do the research.
