    I agree with your rankings. I'm a huge Arraez fan and think he is capable of doing more. I actually think he could be a player that flirts with the holy grail .400 BA someday...

    I typically enjoy the books more but you're correct, there are some shows that are better than the books. Lonesome Dove tv production was just as good as the book. The Stand was pretty decent too.

    Thanks for the insight! He does seem like a humble kid. He reminds me in a lot of ways like Cal Ripken or Jeter. It will be fun to see how far this kid goes in his professional career.

    At this moment in time: Yes, Buxton is the best player in baseball. He is probably the most talented athlete to ever wear a Twins uniform. Talent, longevity and success is a hard road. The smartest people or the best athletes don't always come out on top. It takes a lot of other things to reach that brass ring. Buxton is on the right road though...gonna take a lot more to become a HOF'er though. Glad I have the opportunity to watch him play...

    Great article! My sister has worked in the FO of the Florida Marlins for over 20 years and proudly sports her two World Series rings. Regardless, first and foremost she is a huge baseball fan. My daughter loves the game too. It's nice to see more women involved in the game at all levels including just being a fan.

    I don't think anyone is using JD as a scapegoat. I do know chemistry in the clubhouse, work place or household is one of the most important things to success. Was JD a guy that rallied the team or brought them together? Not sure but I certainly haven't heard great things about his leadership abilities. As a close follower of this team, it does appear to me that something special seems to be happening with this clubhouse. Now getting Kepler and Sano to start hitting would also be a HUGE plus.

    We need to get Sanchez some at bats in April and May...I'll be the contrarian and proclaim this guy is going to rake hits and HR's!!! I really do think a change of scenery will help him...stay tuned!

    Nice write up Theo! Thank you! Correa is a bright spot right now. I love his attitude about going to war and laying out for grounders in spring training. It's those types of traits you can't get enough of and what makes a championship team vs. just a contender. I think this might be a special season. Leadership like that provides a 10+WAR... I'm now old enough to understand how important chemistry is to team wins.

    Giddy up! Can't wait to watch this guy in a Twins uniform...I know we're stressing about year two but let's see what happens. This could be a great opportunity for Correa and Minnesota. The drama is barely palatable. Win Twins!
