    I attended 2 games this week and got a request from the Twins to complete a customer satisfaction survey. I completed the survey, but they didn't ask me about the baseball team. Plenty of questions about hot dogs and parking and time spent in lines. How did i get to the ballpark? Music too loud? Feel safe? Anything and everything except they asked nothing about the actual product.
