    I had my annual physical at the VA this week. So I'm sitting in the doc's office and he's staring down at my labs. He looks up at me and says "Don't eat anything fatty." I was a bit taken aback, so I asked "like bacon? Cheeseburgers?" He shook his head. "No, fatty. Dont eat anything."
