I hope to hell nobody in a Twins leadershio position thinks the Twins are one half of one week from contending. Or would be in any position to BUY, ferpetesakes. Because they are not. Preparing for 2026 and beyond should be a long forgone certainty regardless of Jax most recent throw up and a weekend series with the Nats. Geez.

    Yes, poor Rocco. He cant possibly be expected to have his team play something better than "uncrisp" against the talent laden Washington Nationals.

    And J R Murphy gave the Twins 26 games with a ,413 OPS. Thats it. Never held a job for a full season in MLB after that 1 Twins season either. That trade was a massive talent misjudgement. And massive is too weak an adjective but I can't think of a stronger one right now.
