So they played today's game with
1. SWR starting....pretty much guaranteed no more than six innings. And he gave them that. Six GOOD innings in fact.
2. Coupled with A completely shredded bullpen which includes the unusable Thielbar (who had sat on his hands for 8 (eight!) days. Winnable gone, entrusted to Sands, Jackson, Okert. And finally Thielbar. That's some fine roster management, gentleman. You couldn't be bothered to have a fresh option or three on hand?
3. Correa AND Castro needing "rest" again, and Lewis not on the field either. (Sorry Mr Schwerzler, Carlos Correa did not single in the second inning.) Well played, Rocco.
4. Nobody on the team from the manager on down apparently ever heard of or gives a damn about stolen bases.
We need a MLB manager.
