    I am just glad it is a 60 day list, as opposed to a 60 game list, so he can start the season running on all cylinders... if he is healthy by then. Not that i expect him to have cylinders... I am pretty sure MLB has rules about robotic augmentation.

    Yeah, last Tuesday at Fenway, i drew my friends' attention to >.4 obp and 0 ba. We concluded he was 0-4 w/ 3 walks at the time. I think he walked once more that game.

    Wait... the team only has one glove? How does that work out? Pitcher throws glove to catcher, and winds up... Fast ball donw the pipe. Ball hit toward 3rd base. Catcher throws to 3rd base, who fields it cleanly, then throws the glove to 1st baseman followed immediately by ball (thrown with different hands, so no intermediate windup needed. But the runner beats the throw by a step... Pitcher steps off mound quickly and tosses the glove to 1st base! They caught the runner leaning... And I shall leave the ensuing pickle to the readers' imagination. Always, i cannot but conclude that you are a most amazing coach!

    Thanks for that bit. Hulot's ping pong scene is more eloquent. He disrupts 2 card games merely be chasing down the rogue pingpong ball. Hasn't come up on a first search though... And as Ashbury pointed out, i have yet to catch up on the rest of the thread.

    Didn't know, but i'd believe that. Imagine he's a bit old though, not that i've done the math. His tennis playin' in Mr. Hulot's holiday is impressive.

    Well, it doesn't get dark until 7pm, so if i turn lights off at 8am, i got like um... hours to get to bed.
