I've given up reading these, given all the links to x. Too bad. It's what first brought me here. If only the minors had the highlights on their pages........oh, wait, they do. But I do read the end and people's comments.

Not at all. I'm not even upset Jenkins isn't up at this point, with Martin's injury. I've stated over and over I'd have gone Rodriguez, Mendez or Gonzalez (who, imo, are bench players on a good team) or even Ross (as he can play all over and run, IIRC).

I'm actually NOT .... I'm literally asking what people think will happen next year, given this team's love of veterans. Nothing more or less. Take it at face value, don't read stuff into posts. I've stated over and over I get why HE's not up right now.

I agree it is too soon to call Young a bust, but if you aren't worried at this point.....I don't know. He can't play SS and he strikes out more than I did back in the day....

Facts. What are they good for? I think every guy drafted before him his year is in the majors, and more than a few after....

That ship sailed at the deadline. Assuming you believe this team is filled with three OF and a DH.

I'll ask you the same, if you believe these are the four best hitters, why aren't you bringing them all back next year? And if you do....

To be clear, you are in favor of getting rid of one or both of Larnach and Bell to make this happen next year? As I've said, I understand why people feel the way they do with this year, but nothing changes next year if you bring back this group.
