    My 28 yo son is a huge football fan. He's partying outside the stadium with thousands of others. Happy people like him get to experience the world cup. They're going to a game next week.

    The list of players with MVP awards before they'd even play under this system is long. They'd also likely eliminate another layer of the minors. It is a ridiculous money grab. I think it's clear the owners don't actually like baseball.

    No team is built without prospects. This team isn't good. He'll cost ten percent of the budget next year. He should be traded, given the context of the team. No one on this site wants to trade for the sake if trading, that straw man has to die.

    I mean, it was stupid to deal varland.... And I'd keep this guy also. You can't build a bullpen in one year .... As we've seen. I have doubts! But just keep him, unless you are absolutely blown away, of course.

    He's been replacement level for two years. He's exactly the kind of veteran winning teams shouldn't be starting.
