    I mean, this is a shell of a team. I also want everyone not a player gone, bity it's hard to blame Rocco at this point. He has to start Gasper at catcher.....

    Very few teams have fully set lineups. Plus, this team is in constant flux. I'd bat Martin leaf off. He has less power, but good speed.

    On the plus side, the worse Gasper and Julien play, the less likely they are here next year.....(I really thought Julien might be good after year 1).

    Sure, but he's the only other catcher on the roster....so he has to play.

    So you want him hitting after Julien (the lefty who can't hit right now) or Fitzgerald, the 30 year old rookie who is mostly on the roster as a backup SS?

    Given that owners won't share their revenue info, that a lot of revenue comes from RE development near the park, etc.......good luck. But I agree, there is no incentive for the biggest markets to share their revenue in a meaningful way. How much less money do the Yankees make under this model? A LOT LESS.

    I do agree that a possible work stoppage makes it more likely they are traded.

    We're just going to disagree that a 28 yo who can't make the TWins roster in a rebuilding year is someone that shouldn't be DFA.

    There were other teams that might have had one player..... We have no idea what was offered. And, it's not true it's all a crap shoot at all. There are some players obviously better than others.
