I kind of agree here. If you thought Glenn was a good choice, and he didn't lose the locker room, and was otherwise a good person, or whatever, I think you give him another year.

I agree with all of this. Whatever team it was last year, outside maybe 4-5 players, is the team next year. They sink or swim with McCarthy. -
Ya. I wouldn't hate it. I'm just not sure I'd love it? Like I said, if I'm trading that much, I want to feel much more sure.

When you watch only highlights, you can see why some people really like McCarthy. He has an arm, and good legs.

This gets to my point. You want to be a head coach? You gotta take what's there. There aren't many jobs, and most great or even really good orgs aren't looking for them.

I thought that was me? I hope he played like this against teams not starting backups. I think he will. I liked that pick a lot, but he was bad, bad, last year and not good to start this year. We'll see. Hoping he continues on this trajectory.

I think he might be, but I remain skeptical. Hell, that penalty today shows how immature he is. Yup, he's young. But next year is year three, so he's not going in NFL years study point.

You have seen this team and how they use veterans, and keep them around, right? I was responding to a post saying he'd be in St Paul..... If he is, he'll play. But I think they think he'll be in Minnesota....
