    I'm not sure your point? He's never going to play third in the majors. Why play there now? They did this to Martin also, which is why he's not yet good in the outfield.

    Got to promote him to AA this year, and move him to first. He's never playing third in the majors. Like keeping Martin at short for no reason..... keeping this guy at third makes zero sense.

    18 replies after a win. I think some people just have nothing to say if things go well..... If, and it's a big if, Buxton and CC play like the stars they are, this team can win a lot of games.

    They have one developmental guy in AAA, Rodriguez. No other non pitching prospects. That's an issue. I agree, it is unrealistic to expect them to be filled with MLB ready players, but they have one, other than Miranda and Julien, who it isn't clear are prospects anymore.

    So what? Play to win. Stop playing not to lose. If they are afraid of losing McCusker, he's worth playing.

    What do you want him to say publicly about his employees? As a leader, you expect him to publicly say his people suck? That's not what good leaders do.

    Because he's not nearly as good as Lee defensively. If I could get two fifty value guys, I'd do it right now. But I doubt it very much.

    Royce isn't willing to change positions mid year. He's made that clear.

    Too bad he's not willing to play wherever the team needs him like Betts is.... I think he's the long term 1B. Keaschell at second, Lee at third. For now? I guess third, because Julien can't play the field, with Lee to second.

    Both top 100 prospects. But sure. There is literally no comparison between these two and the other two. None.

    Who do you take off the forty man? When guys get healthy, and they will, then you have to take off the guys you called up. It's not as simple as having sixty guys to choose from. Plus, the guys you don't like had big numbers in AAA....
