  1. That Dodger hype man on the loudspeaker is almost as annoying as the Twins dubstep nonsense. If someone says "I can't hear you" in that tone of voice, I'm leaving the stadium.
  2. Nor is Wallner. His AB was worse than Kiersey's.
  3. Wallner had zero chance against that lefty. It's one thing to get beat, it's another to be completely non-competitive. He's batting .208. Getting a little tired of folks talking about how much potential this guy has. He'd be on the farm if he played for 80% of the other teams. Kiersey's another guy who doesn't belong here. Awful stuff.
  4. Good lord almighty there was no need for all that
  5. "The Mahle trade didn't work out for either side in hindsight" - what? The Twins lost the Mahle trade. While CES is having an injury plagued year, he's shown signs of brilliance and is still very much a part of the team's Big League plans. Meanwhile, Steer has become the Reds everyday 1B and is on pace for 20 HR and 80 RBI. Am I missing something here? Mahle was garbage as a Twin and I'd much rather have Spencer Steer at 1B than Ty France, and I bet most GMs would agree.
  6. Looks like the Twins are stockpiling bullpen arms in preparation for trading Jax & Duran.
  7. Buck did us proud! Finished 4th and did better than some big heavy hitters. Well done Byron!
  8. Nice article, thanks for the writeup! Who knew Watkins retired with a .350 average! Pretty nice.
  9. Byron's dream year continues. Late bloomer? Is this what the Twins can expect for the next 4 years?
  10. Was that a curveball that Larnach hit out of the park? That's nice to see, he normally has trouble with the off-speed stuff. I know it was Paul Skenes, but this Twins offense is absolutely abysmal. They couldn't do anything against the mop-up guy Mlodzinski and his 5.00 ERA. If the Twins sweep the Pirates they'll be .500 at the break. They are much worse than that record would indicate. I wish things were different but that's the truth of it. Royce Lewis could be the biggest disappointment in MLB this season. He's a shell of his former self.
  11. Unreal to see Skeezy with that 4-7 record. Criminal!
  12. This is textbook getaway day Rocco B-Team action - the team is listless, disinterested, and ready to go home and take a nap. Even worse than normal as they won the first two games so Rocco threw this one in the trash can before they even arrived at the park.
  13. C4 really needs to do a 180 here - pronto.
  14. Correa not exactly going 100% down the line there. I don't think he beats it if he's running full speed, but fans would appreciate it if he tried I think.
  15. Larnach can't seem to lay off the off-speed stuff. Can't remember the last time I saw him connect with a curveball.
  16. Every Twin has been behind 0-2 this inning? Or was Correa only down 0-1?
  17. Wallner's bringing the team down, and so is Lewis. Twins didn't need these two players to have fantastic years - they just needed them to provide solid reliable contributions. They've miserably failed, to see two of the top prospects absolutely crash and burn has been incredibly deflating.
