  1. Who in their right mind thinks Corey Provus looks like Rocco?
  2. Pablo in the booth is really, really good. This weekend has been the best broadcasts of the season. He has the ability to bring so much knowledge, make it relatable and avoid turning it into a look at me thing. Bright future after his playing career is done.
  3. Realmuto got $45M for 3 years. I'd offer $60M for 4 years and see where it takes you.
  4. Was thinking the same exact thing. Nice to be on the other end.
  5. He will be sorely missed. If Tom P.'s bluster this off season had any semblance of truth to it, he keeps Jeffers and gets an extension done. Yeah, I know. It's Boras and Jeffers wasn't too keen on ownership after last year's deadline. But, all that can be water under the bridge...if the Twins want it to be.
  6. From a baseball standpoint, trading a 30 year old pitcher who missed time in 2024 and has dealt with two injury scares, albeit one incredibly short, in 2026, is the move. But, hard to support it if the return package is a lottery ticket. If a controllable pitcher was coming back, I could get behind it. As part of a sell off, white flag scenario, meh, I don't like it.
  7. Winnah...late to the party. Props to the pitching staff and Roden. Now it's time for sage and finger crossing for Joe Ryan's arm.
  8. Peter, love you buddy but if you could do the same....
  9. On the bright side, we don't have Morneau in the booth making these lefties out to be Sandy Koufax and Randy Johnson. Otherwise this game is 🤮💩
  10. Yup. 100%. Enjoy hearing him talk about pitching. Masterclass...
  11. Pablo In The Booth Day. He's just a good dude and he knows his stuff. Definitely can see him being a manager in the future.
  12. Heck of a win, boys. Whenever it looks like they're going into a complete tailspin, the Twins step back from the ledge and in such unusual ways, i.e., beating Cleveland at their own game - defense and the bullpen. Not sure what Tom P is going to do in about 10 days, but if this team is within a couple of games of the wildcard or division, they're earned the right, at the absolute very least, to have a status quo training deadline and an opportunity to chase the post season. What would be really nice is a tangible investment so they have more than a puncher's chance but I'm not holding my breath.
