  1. They gave cash considerations to the Pirates to jump the line to get that guy. Roster mismanagement master class.
  2. First pitch swinging. I think if I was in the MLB I’d be like Mauer and never swing at the first pitch.
  3. This offense has been resilient at times, but this is getting ridiculous.
  4. Twins have given up a lot of firsts this year.
  5. I agree, picking up guys like this is not the way to get it done. They need to be making decisions for the future not for right now. That goes for pitchers and position players.
  6. This team is never gonna get anywhere with this bullpen. Too late to really do anything now since they didn’t do anything in the off-season.
  7. Wow, glad to be wrong about the Prielipp pitch count. Nice!
  8. I would agree, just makes all the other injuries all that more impactful.
  9. Last game they had Prielipp on a 75 pitch count. This might be his last inning. If this is gonna be the case, then his starts are are almost a bullpen game as well.
  10. Ober, Rojas, and Abel can’t get back soon enough.
  11. Jackson had a good ad bat going until he swung at that pitch at his shoulders
  12. Just tuning in and fudge. Well, let’s hope the bats come alive late and Prielipp settles in a bit.

  14. Twins are 28th in team ERA and 17th in team OPS. Nice win last night, let’s do it again.
  15. Gleeman: Most career homers allowed per nine innings in Twins history (minimum 150 innings): 1.88 — Dave Stevens 1.82 — Zebby Matthews 1.81 — Scott Aldred
