  1. Sano and Morrison should bat lower in the order. Cut LaMarre, Wilson and Adrianza. Call Duffey back up. Promote Astudillo and Gordon. When Polanco comes back, cut Petit. If Garver keeps struggling, demote him and promote Wynston Sawyer. If Cave keeps struggling, Wade can be promoted. I think this is the best solution so far. Rotate Gordon, Escobar and Polanco when Polanco comes back so that Escobar could rest a bit.
  2. Bencomo should take Enns's rotation spot in Rochester, there is nothing left for Bencomo to prove in AA. He is absolutely a much better starter than Enns.
  3. Omar Bencomo should take Dietrich Enns' spot in the Rochester's rotation. Enns should be demoted to Chattanooga.
  4. I would get rid of Adrianza before I demote Sano though. Sano just needs to hit much lower in the order. He could be a good threat off the bench.

    Who had the worst debut?

I might like May as a middle reliever, nothing more than that though. He hasn't been doing well enough to be promoted to the big league.
  6. I want Sano to hit much lower in the order. I want Adrianza and Garver gone or demoted.
  7. I think Escobar is worth around 3 year 30-36 millions. I don't think he's going to ask anything more than that.
  8. I would bet my money confidently Escobar out produces Dozier this season. Let's see who wins at the end.
  9. Dozier? Please no No NO. I agree with everything else.
  10. Escobar is clearly my choice to extend. Dozier is not longer a 'superstar'. I don't trust Sano and Buxton anymore. I have more faith in Rosario, Berrios, Kepler. I think Dozier is going to be way too expensive for what he could bring to the table.
  11. I wonder why Littell got promoted to AAA and eventually made a horrible debut in the big league with an ERA of 5.87 at AA. Well that's not a brilliant move by the FO.
  12. 4 for 5, 1 single 1 double 2 triples just 1 run and no RBI? Wow...
  13. I still remember couple years ago people were still debating who's better Adrianza or Escobar or Florimon. It really sounds funny now. It might be time to debate who's better Polanco or Escobar. I never had any doubt that Escobar was one of the better players as soon as he came into the major league. He probably will never be as shiny as Polanco. He just comes to work everyday and works hard to get the job done. That's who he is.
  14. Character matters. I hope they have more of Mike Trout's character less of Joe Mauer's character and none of Sano's character.
  15. Buxton needs to go down to Rochester. Sano needs to bat lower in the order and be more selective at the plate and he also needs to work on conditioning.
  16. Rogers hasn't been effective. He might need to be replaced.
  17. I believe more than half of the pitchers in the major league are dominating Buxton.
  18. Dozier, Sano and Morrison should hit lower in the order. Petit and LaMarre should play more. Kepler Rosario Escobar Garver Dozier Morrison Grossman Sano LaMarre or Buxton
  19. Molitor shows his creativity today by letting Sano and Morrison bat 3rd and 4th. Those two has an average of .198 and .199. I seriously doubt this would generate more offense.
  20. Padres designated left-hander Kyle McGrath for assignment to make room for Phil Hughes. McGrath should be better than Rogers. The 25-year-old has a 3.13 ERA. He limited left-handed hitter to an ugly .152/.243/250 line. He has three options remaining.
  21. NO Sano NO Buxton NO PROBLEM. 0 for 7 with 5K tonight. I think anyone can do that with eyes closed. If this team wants to win now, Sano and Buxton should stay on the bench. Sano should be a pinch hitter, Buxton should be a pinch runner and defensive replacement. Adrianza and Wilson might be slightly better than those two offensively right now. That's just how pathetic they are at the plate.
  22. Gonsalves still has some control issues. 4 walks in 5 innings pitched...
  23. May can take Rogers' spot. He can serve as the long reliever for now.
