  1. I really don't see Dozier and Adrianza come back next season. Gordon is almost ready. Escobar is doing well. Polanco should learn the lesson.
  2. Only Rosario, Escobar and Kepler have been contributing offensively these days.
  3. Tigers has been playing well lately. AL Central is going to be 3 team race now.
  4. Magill's fastball is sitting at 95 mph consistently, that's why he's been successful
  5. Auto outs: Buxton, Adrianza and Wilson. All three cannot hit major league pitching.
  6. When Santana comes back, Hughes needs to be cut. When May comes back, either Rogers or Lynn needs to be demoted.
  7. Romero is a bit wild. He really needs to control his pitches better.
  8. If he pulls him and it works, Molly is right. If he keeps him in and it works, Molly is right. Wow, it's just so easy. Molly is really good at it.
  9. It's better to let Pressly start a clean inning. He is known to let inherited runners score.
  10. When Salazar comes back, Cleveland might run away. Look at the ERA of their top 4 starters: Bauer 2.53 Kluber 2.62 Clevinger 2.76 Carrasco 3.61
  11. Minor league career? Can you back up your statement with stats?
  12. Don't forget Polanco might be worse than Escobar on the field. At least we know Escobar has a better bat with more power. Escobar should be the starter over Polanco. If you think great bat and below average fielding do not work long term, that should also apply to Polanco. Please don't treat players with different standard. Why do you have to hope for someone to hold down a position? Nothing should be given. Let the performance do the talk. Escobar is producing on and off the field. Polanco could not even get on the field.
  13. What makes you think Escobar can't play defense well enough to be the everyday shortstop? Can you back up your statement with stats? If Polanco can be the everyday shortstop, why can't Escobar be? I don't understand why people still doubt Escobar when he again and again proves himself. Escobar has more than earned to be an IF starter for any position he wants to play period. He is probably an average fielder.
  14. When Santana comes back, Lynn could be the long reliever they need.
  15. It would be so wonderful if we didn't sign those four: Lynn, Morrison, Hughes and Rodney.
  16. One of the only positives for the Twins during this young season: Escobar. I don't understand why lots of people are still screaming for Polanco to come back. I believe Escobar has more than earned the starting SS job. Polanco can now become a utility guy. Adrianza should be let go when Polanco comes back. I don't think we miss Polanco at all if Sano is healthy. Polanco is not a good fielder either.
  17. Rogers really needs to be sent down with Duffey.
  18. Mauer should understand this game is not about just getting on base, it is all about scoring runs to win the game. Mauer has been getting a fat strike one every at bat. Everybody knows he takes the first pitch no matter what.
  19. It really looks worse than 2016. I am not sure whether or not they can win a game this season if they play like this
  20. I think the Twins need quite a few fresh arms. Duffey, Rogers and Hildenberger should all be optioned. In fact half of the pitching staff should be let go.
  21. Duffey should be the next man out. Rogers and Hildenberger should follow. Hughes and Hale should be long relievers. Rodney should pitch in mop up role.
  22. Add Rodney, Rogers, Hale and Lynn.
