    For pitching, Maeda, Berrios and Pineda are locks. It would not be a bad idea to try to extend Pineda. Dobnak could be the long man. Try best to sign at least a #2 starter if not an Ace. Sign Clippard, Romo, Wisler and Thielbar. Sign Rogers and May at reduced price if possible. Stashak, Alcala and Duffey should be locks. Try to sign a reliable closer. Promote younger players aggressively.

    Sign Cruz, trade Rosario and Cave, let Gonzalez, Adrianza and Odorizzi walk. If Hill wants to coach, sign him to be a pitching assistant. Take Kepler off leadoff spot, put Buxton in and also give Wade a chance at that spot as well. Twins may need to sign a lefty slugger to bat 4th. Kepler can bat 6th. I really believe Twins need to aggressively promote young players. Twins need fresh blood.

    It was a must-win game yesterday if Twins want to win the division. I believe by the end of the short season Dobnak's ERA is going to be over 5.

    Cave, Adrianza and Gonzalez cannot hit major league pitching, they should be let go. Wade and Astudillo deserve more playing time.

    I would like to see more playing time for Wade. He should be our future 4th outfielder and utility player. Astudillo should also get more playing time as well. Cave, Adrianza and Gonzalez need to be let go.

    Why do you want Romo and Clippard walk? They don't cost much and they are still quite effective. Why do you want Adrianza stay? He is really not that important and can be easily replaced by a prospect. Why do you want to extend Buxton for 8/$160 if he can't stay healthy to contribute?

    I think May and Romo will stay. Odorizzi, Gonzalez, Adrianza, Hill and Bailey will leave. Clippard and Cruz will be asked to stay. Rosario will be traded.

    Pitchers like Poppen and Smeltzer are not special. There are plenty of them out there. They will not cause hard decisions to be made. I don't think the Twins will let May walk. May has really good stuff. He should be able to bounce back.
