  1. Yesterday we sucked. Kepler looked helpless. Cruz looked as bad as he did before the IL stint. The offense was offensive. Everybody. That should be a rarity for this lineup against a mediocre pitcher like Cy Bieber.
  2. Great game for Smeltzer. Baffled them. A few timely hits. Fun game. A win. Go TWins. Wow.
  3. Bringin prospects up when we are WINNING certainly changes my mindset(and theirs?) rather than bringing them up when we are losing. Exciting times.
  4. Loving the offense. Loving the optimism. Loving the depth. It's do or die time for Duffey. He has nothing to prove in AAA. figure it out,Duff. You are on borrowed time. GoBats.
  5. We have been fortunate avoiding injuries, compared to many other teams. I hope this is a quick healer
  6. Most gimmicky guys get figured out by hitters. Some may take a little longer, but right now Hildy looks very vulnerable. His slow inside pitches are getting hammered, as they should.
  7. I think we have enough new Twins who wont acknowledge history this weekend. The yanks are depleted, but Still potent. we should have a big weekend. Go Twins. RIP Harmon. My head is full and I his memories.
  8. No sweat. Get after them today. Cole was great last night. Odor was excellent the night be fore. And so it goes.
  9. Good teams dont get swept at home. Not to last place teams. Not ever. Not today.
  10. The Vikings sell out in part because they play so few games. Small venue for the Wild gets them sell outs more easily too.
  11. Gotta love the offense. And one really slick play by Marwin helped to ease his bat woes. Go Jorge! Go Mitch.
  12. I wish he had gotten up and gone after the ball after he misplayed it. Immediately.
  13. I saw Garver pulling his glove back into the strike zone on a few really close pitches that might have been called strikes had he left the Mitt in place so the umpire didnt feel like he was being tricked. I did not like that. Neither do umps. In My Experience
  14. I saw Garver pulling his glove back into the strike zone on a few really close pitches that might have been called strikes had he left the Mitt in place so the umpire didnt feel like he was being tricked. I did not like that. Neither do umps. In My Experience
  15. He dropped a notch with those two double plays He is still just a human.
  16. Who sacrifices in the early innings? No one. Go for a potential big inning early. KC did not deserve to win this one either. Blame the poor baseball on the cold. Tip yer cap to the pitchers.
  17. A win is a win. Chalk this one up as ugly, but it counts.
  18. Take the win and run. Bad baseball game. Too cold?
  19. Time for predictions? "Twins for now." 86 wins says I.
