    Sano's done... so now he can't bat if we lose the lead. This is yet another reason why I don't like Sano in RF.

    Here's a cool stat I totally didn't make up: Average Lead Length Twins: 30th, 7.2 minutes

    I don't think the Twins are going to trust a rookie as a closer, especially one that gives up too many walks.

    Eduardo Nunez is leading off today and Arcia's in the lineup, so at least Molitor is trying something... but why is Escobar batting 7th? It's almost as if Molitor's doing this intentionally so that the Twins don't score any runs. Ugh....

    On the bright side, the Twins starting pitching looks really good, so when other teams' starting pitching starts to break down, the Twins should be able to take advantage. The 2010-2014 Twins teams would have killed for this rotation. They're not a top 10 rotation or anything that special, but they're going to give the Twins chances to catch up.

    Everyone but Mauer and Escobar are under the Mendoza line... (not counting Nunez)

    If Escobar and Mauer aren't hitting next to each other in future lineups, I'm going to get ticked off. They are the only two getting on consistently. They have to be batting next to each other until one of them stops hitting.

    The Twins RISP must be astronomically low at this point. I wonder if it's reached the .050 range?

    I was actually thinking the same thing... dang it, now they'll probably get Torii out of retirement and throw him back into RF.

    Whoa, did Rosario just take a walK?! Wow, that's pretty rare.

    I sometimes find the crowd is quiet when the weather is cold outside. They seem to get more into the game once it warms up and also when it gets later in the game.

    Because the White Sox are enamored with veteran National League batters for some reason.

    Jepsen isn't looking so good...

    It'll be interesting to see how much Danny Santana plays this season. Will Arcia get any time in LF or RF?
