  1. OK. Chief nailed this one. So it seems like Duffey will stick in the rotation, with Meyer as a backup if Duffey's still hurt.
  2. Good move! Getting Berrios on the roster instead of David Murphy is infinitely better. Hopefully Jose can get off to a good start and make sure he doesn't have to get sent back to AAA. Polcano coming back up is good. I have no idea why they sent him down in the first place. Now the bench is at a fine size. With Santana likely going to the DL, I wonder what the other move will be. It could be Duffey to the DL, O'Rourke to AAA, or outrighting Tonkin. I don't think they're done with Tonkin yet, though.
  3. Did you see him pitch two scoreless innings in a close game yesterday? He looked pretty good. He's better than Fien and Jepsen, at the least.
  4. Molitor clearly trusts guys like May, Jepsen, Fien, and Pressly much more than guys like Tonkin and Meyer. Not that he should, but that's who he seems to trust.
  5. The Twins aren't going to trust him in a close game. That's just not how they roll.
  6. I think this move makes the most sense. They need another backup infielder, and Beresford has earned a week or two in the majors.
  7. As for much complaining I see about Milone, it'd be nice if a Twin not named Joe Mauer could get a hit.
  8. This. I have hope for the Vikings as their management and coaching staff are prudent and make wise choices and give out reasonable contracts. They've built a really good team that could compete for awhile. Now if the bad luck could just go away.... Walsh's missed kick makes me think they still have to get past the bad luck.
  9. You should thank yourself for missing yesterday's game.
  10. I don't rip management very often, but it's clear there is no plan. Danny Santana is backing up every single position except for catcher, and that's not OK. The Twins need more than two bench players. It just doesn't seem like they're trying to win. Especially after yesterday's debacle.
  11. Sano is getting his groove back!
  12. I don't get why commercials nowadays are so terrible... aren't they supposed to be entertaining so you'll buy their product? Oh, and Kepler came through for you.
  13. Wait, it's Boyer! There's still hope here!
  14. Tonkin and Pressly need to forget today happened.
  15. C'mon, Oswaldo... Grand Slam time!!
  16. Sano is consistently drawing full counts. This is good.
  17. Woo! Getting insurance runs off Boyer. Thank you, Milwaukee.
  18. It's Boyer time! Let's make this lead bigger.
  19. The Twins Average Time per Lead (also known as ATL) is currently at 8 minutes and 56 seconds, give or take commercial breaks. Don't ask for my source.
  20. Quick question. I thought Fernando Abad was supposed to be back today... but on gameday I'm seeing O'Rourke's still on the bench, so did Abad get an extra day or something?
  21. And now Arcia and Escobar are batting .300 or higher. That's good... now if Dozier, Park, Suzuki, and Buxton can get above the Mendoza line, we may have an offense.
  22. Winner winner chicken dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
