Maybe just actually spend some of the money that's been getting pocketed instead??

Now stop.....you know durn well the Twins dont just have 4mil sitting around to spend!
  8. Deadfan
Yeah, see you cant just sweep a festering problem under the rug and hope it disappears. That just doesn't work. This is a very confusing take, unless your last name starts with a "P" and happens to rhyme with GONAD.....

Merely calling Buxtons glove in centerfield "playable" is the understatement of the century.

Anyone else tried of hearing Falvey say "Value add" when speaking about a bargain basement pickup for the staff?

Simply put, because the best indicator of future actions is past actions. Can you point to anything in the last X number of years to provide evidence that we should indeed be hopeful about anything regarding this team? Because I cannot.

Yeeeesh.....Twins ownership gonna screw this pooch too. MLBtraderumors is reporting the PITTSBURGH PIRATES (yep, that team) are committing 30-40 mil to their 2026 payroll. Perhaps its time to jump ship? This inept ownership group is just going to keep ****ing the collective bed, then lying about it and spinning it after the fact. I think im done.

Ha! This is a big fat hard pass. Im not spending one red cent on this hot mess express. Ill find other avenues to watch the games if I decide I want to, which remains to be seen.

I have some bad news for you.........
  23. Deadfan
Wow so much armchair GMing here...... All we ever here about is comlaining about the Twins lack of a top end starter.....So we trade a guy with failing knees at the likely peak of his value for such a pitcher and now the chorus of complaints rain down? Yall are never gonna be happy apparently. Are you upset we got C4 as well>???
  24. Deadfan
    100% accurate

I agree with everything said, but I think all of our patience is growing thin waiting on the promise of some gold coming out of the end of this pipeline.
  26. Deadfan
I guess my frustration is moreso the culmination of everything leading up to this point....I just want some dang excitement to build around this team, and I think that hope has pretty much vanished at this point. No, Kluber in 2023 isnt what he was a few years back, but I just want to be thrown a bone here.....ANYTHING! This thread can be locked if mods see fit.
