Here's the thing....they are getting good coverage. That group is causing coverage sacks too. They've got the right kind of guys for this scheme and the one position that isn't good (DT/5 tech) is being schemed perfectly. Those guys just bullrush to collapse the pocket basically. Imagine how good they could be with another big dude or two who could do more?

Utter domination. I predicted 24-20 and I thought it was going to be a similarly comfortable win as the SF win....I didn't see this. Stroud had the best season of a rookie QB ever, has great weapons, and they have a formidable defensive front. The OL kicked their butts. The d-line ate their O-line for lunch. With no real running threat they just pinned their ears back and went QB hunting all game. This team will lose some games, but with this coaching staff - they're going to win way more games than they deserve to. I"m excited to see if they can keep it going as we get Addison and Hock back in the near future too!

Ouch, Pace and Turner? That hurts. As for the running thing....there are too many rules that make passing advantageous. Not to mention the benefits of athletes in space. We're never going back to ground and pound, but I think many coaches are realizing that they need more balance. Though I'd argue that has more to do with the effectiveness it provides your play action than anything else.

There is almost zero chance they lose...even in that awful prevent....if they just hand the ball to Saquan. Or run an option play with Hurts as an alternate ball carrier. I never would've thought Sirianni was a coach on the chopping block this soon, but here we are. The dude may not make it to midseason at this rate.

RSNs are doomed. Trusting the Twins to find a viable solution is also doomed as evidenced by over a decade of backward-thinking incompetence. They need MLB to swoop in and save them with another option. Even then, expect them to further cut payroll as a result.
