I'm not in a rush to dump them, but they'll have to show more not to be labeled a flop. The position they were drafted at necessitates a larger contribution than they are currently showing. If these were late first round picks...ok. But they weren't.
If I wanted Twins news, he was the most reliable source for it. I doubt anyone in the local market will replace his professionalism, accuracy, and reliability as a total package.
In a fitting bit of irony, I heard a conservative radio host today say that Congress should "man up" and confirm him. Just for context on the other side. (Like it was needed)
How about the poor defensive players who get crushed all the time for no good reason? Next time a RB lowers his head, that should be a flag too. The problem is the inconsistency of enforcement due to position.
Hasn't it long been assumed that Rosenstein is a key protector of Mueller and his firing could eventually lead to an attack on the investigation? I'm just making sure I'm up to speed on this. He seems like one of the good guys in public service - there to do a job more than act beholden to a party.
I don't like what it represents for the sport, but yes - I blame Rodgers a lot of this. His whining was the catalyst for this and it may end up killing the sport.
Yup! He's the one Josh Allen leap-frogged on his way to a 12 yard scramble for a first down. And he's the one that horse-collared Allen and gave them a chance to score again!
He also claimed that what Stormy Daniels knew and evidence he had would lead to impeachment. He's made a LOT of bombastic claims. I don't blame his client for choosing him, but he's also done so much self-promotion and public hyperbole that I'm skeptical. I'd have been less skeptical with Allred for the record.
Right, this is the thing that bothers me more. A rookie QB with a terrible offense and they had their way with our supposedly elite defense. I know the OL is going to struggle, but the defense should've been able to win this game itself 7-0.
Well, Saric did hit 3s at a near 40% clip. He would slide in at power forward and be a solid complement to Towns IMO. But yes, they are desperate for wings.
Yeah, Saric is a guy I'd be really interested in. I'd be more than happy to offer Philly Teague and Butler if they dig that sort of thing. Not having any leverage stinks....I hope Thibs is fired shortly after this trade is completed.
I did, had the offense come out in the second half and made it interesting. Hell, if Diggs just brings in that touchdown the game is different, but it's over now. This is a terrible, inexcusable loss.
I really don't like that our offense seems to be content to be 3rd and 4 or 5. Too many short second down plays IMO. This team is going to need a defensive or special teams score to win this. And the offense now has to be pretty much perfect.
Detroit, LAC, Brooklyn, Portland, Miami, Philly, and Houston interested. Houston can't offer us anything so cross them off. Any thoughts on the ideal trade?
Sounds like KAT signed that after been assured Jimmy is gone. This thing must have been toxic as hell behind the scenes. Which is only a stronger indictment of Thibs: he knew this and tried to force it anyway.
Good for Elflein to get in, because Thursday we have some big boys to deal with in LA. Wise to sit out Cook and Griffin. I'd sit out Rhodes too, that guy seems to find ways to get hurt.
