    It's kind of mind boggling how bad the Reds have been this season. A legitimate ace, one of the top closers in baseball, two guys having big seasons in the middle of the lineup. They are a fun team to watch.

    What makes people believe he will take the "Finnegan" route? Other fast track Twins pitchers in the past have been Gutierrez, Wimmers, Burdi. None of them have made it to the big leagues and the guy they stated could be on the roster immediately is out of baseball (to my knowledge). I do not have any faith that this organization knows how to construct or utilize a pitching staff.

    I want Fulmer, Funkhouser, Russell in that order. I'm expecting Jay, Tucker, or Allard.

    Funkhauser was the guy I wanted going into the season. Unfortunately he has not been good the past month. We draft too high to pick him in the first but I don't see him lasting until our second pick. I think he'll end up having a Lackey-like career.
