  1. To be fair, if the catchers interference is one of those it may have saved damage. Correa was on that pitch.
  2. In first to complain about not signing Montgomery.
  3. Happy Festa-vus to all who celebrate!
  4. A bit confused that Okert gets multiple innings instead of Ronny....Unless a different move is coming as well.
  5. All Twins Daily posters should have a bit of remembery of this crappy roster and the crappy Rangers they faced last September facing off in a World Series after getting hot and demolishing everything in their path. We aren't trying to be at peak shape in July.
  6. I think this works perfect for saving arms. In a blowout Ronny would wear it either way on his way back down.
  7. Staumont to get out of this inning and Ronny to finish if he can, most likely.
  8. He saved at least one run in the previous inning, he's doing his part.
  9. So what would suggest the "maybe for good" part of the headline? Huge milestone but lets leave the sensationalizing to the posters like me.
  10. The longer he doesn't get stretched out, the more concerned I am about him as a prospect for this exact reason. They know something, and they may not like it. He's outside the box of their typical 6'3 221lb college arm obviously but the usage is significantly different than anyone in the organization. They have other guys his size and age. A huge part of my concern is the lack of arm issues throughout their system. There are the guys like Preillip and Canterino who were obvious risks but they seem to have a pretty good knack for not missing multiple years with their pitching prospects, trades notwithstanding. If they have a good track record of prospects not getting injured, and treating a specific prospect with kid gloves, it's reason to be concerned. I would not be surprised if they sell high at the deadline. We know they don't like high school pitchers, even if they take a shot on one every now and then.
  11. The complete Jorge Alcala experience.
  12. Wasn't Joe's best but ended up better than expected.
  13. Had to look, 3rd game ever in Chase. Two in 2022.
  14. I don't mind it in a strange national league field.
  15. What idiot front office guy let him go?
  16. Sorry, hadn't got that part yet. It is a significant slide though. The less they stretch him, the less I like him as a prospect. He's also being passed by high performers, is he still a top 5 team pitching prospect at the end of the year?
