Mr. Stoh. I'm pretty sure you watch a lot of baseball. But I never look at defensive metrics. Castro has not looked good at SS LF or CF. Does he have the physical tools? Yes. Yet to say no worries. Really? His defense has been terrible. Martin? His has been even worse. I'm not a MLB manager. But I can see. Martin can play 2nd and Castro an OK 3rd. That's it. I wish fans would watch and be unbiased in their assessment of what they're really seeing.

So Buxton takes an outside pitch to right for a homer and a ball right down the pipe to straight away cf for another. Great. My question is fans who have been clamoring for this all year are asking. What took so long? Was this because of a players only meeting? I sure hope not. Or is it just a coincidence. These are things he's been working on and it's paying dividends now.

Go Twins. Get back to the winning ways. Let's tread water. Keep your heads 3 or 4 games over .500 and hope Lewis return will provide the needed spark to propel you forward. Is that too optimistic?
