    Alcala two days in a row..... not feeling good about this.....

    Pitchers must be loving this plate ump. Calling pitches 4 to 6 inches off the plate strikes. Doesn't matter whether inside or outside or where.... just horrible calling.

    ?? 100 pitches and he just gave up the lead. Seems more reasonable to pull him there to me.....

    If one wants to be disappointed..... can you say Josh Donaldson. He can't even swing now....

    I don't think so. I just expect him to be Kenta Maeda. And 2 months of a hot streak is part of that, but this year is Kenta. He will probably have another 2 month of lights out, but be thankful for that. He has only given up 3 hits so far.... not bad today. That HBP was killer as it turned out. 2 pitches in a row in the first that makes it Twins luck, eh? If Arraez would have endured the pain and stayed on the bag, we have a tie game right now. Still in this one.....

    Happ and Shoemaker were horrible signings from the get go. The only question to me was, how much will it cost us, and not in money, but in games. Any pitcher can have a good streak, and this outing surely doens't make me change my mind about how many games Dobnak will cost us too, but it is nice to get a good start out of him.

    An error a day for the last three days. 3 errors in 3 days. I was hoping we would be saying things like 3 homers in 3 days instead of this.

    That was a pathetic swing by Kepler. Missed the ball by about a foot. Why can't we have pitchers make their MLB debut and look like Mejia? More and more it is looking like Falvey didn't have much to do with the success of Cleveland pitching. They continue to produce pitchers, and we talk about producing pitchers without him, but after 5 years? or is it 6? just still talking about it and not seeing it here.

    Arraez can't play the outfield, and there you have it in the infield (and of course there is the infamous game against Oakland). And for those thinking he will ever hit .400? Dreamers.

    Astudillo must be rubbing off on some of the other hitters. Donaldson will swing at anything today.

    When a plate umpire can't even get the call right when he is looking right over the inside shoulder and the ball is on the black right in front of him, he needs replaced.

    Donaldson has a keen eye, eh? Swinging at a pitch that hits him after it went by his bat. That is a first for me.

    Duffey trying to get his fastball under Thorpe's. Going for under 90. Should have just served his suspension and saved us the misery.

    The Twins don't even swing at the "mistakes". And when and if they do today (like Cruz swinging strike 3) they miss it completely.

    The bizarre thing about this choice, the choice to do 2 makeup games in California today....... is that they have to fly out from Minnesota, play two 7 inning (littel league) games in California, and fly back to Cleveland for Friday. Two weekends ago, they were in Detroit, had a day off the next day (as did Detroit), and instead of making up the one rained out game right where they were, and then the quick trip to Chicago the next day, they scheduled another double header later in June or July, I think. Pretty ineffecient.

    Kenta Maeda. Maeda Mehata was too much to just let go...... and somebody else had rundfeldt for Refsnyder. Just wow.
