    ... because Berrios made an error and didn't step on the bag which would have been an out and not a hit. Yup. Sure fire hit. Always scored that way. Charity.

    Celestino calling off Simmons who is camped right under the ball. I guess the rookie is not a quick learner. Sure, usually the CF call, I guess...... but this is the bozo that lost the game 2 games back. I don't like him.

    Dolaldson didn't get an error on that gaff. Just another example of charity worker scorers. So the Berrios gets the fallout. Earned runs, but you aren't fooling me. If he didn't just drop the ball and made the throw and the runner was safe, I could understand it. But he just made an error transfering the ball to his hand. Pure and simple. He dropped it. Error. It didn't help that Berrios missed the bag with his foot either on the other play. The two runners that scored were basically on errors, and both become earned runs. This is Twins baseball, folks.

    Wow. Those are some downright pitiful batting averages in AAA. Joey Votto is having a tough rehab stint. Only 1/13 so far. So it can happen to anyone, I guess. Will Wander Javier, of the 4 million bonus, ever hit?

    We are conditioned to be so apologetic it seems. The thing is, the decisions he has made, the lackadaisical throw after the horrible catch he blew that Larnach was sitting on..... these are things that AT ANY LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL YOU DON'T DO. It has nothing to do with being ready for MLB, like at the plate and being able to hit MLB pitching. The gaffs he is coming up with shouldn't be done at amateur levels. I would like to think even by the end of little league. That being said...... I hope he can become something. With the way this season has progressed, I have little sympathy left.

    Well, you would think that polish would have gotten some shine IN SIX YEARS! If it's not fair to compare others to Trout for the upper end of performance, then is it fair to compare at all?
