    I think he's proven that he can dominate AAA. Having any more (potentially rough) outings can only be a negative at this point. I'd bring him in for long relief then be the first man up, when one of our starters falters or gets injured, which, let's be honest, has to happen soon. We're kind of jammed up at this point we need an opening for Milone so that he can prove his trade worth before we get Santana back. Ideally, someone would get desperate and trade for Nolasco or Pelfrey, then we could slide Milone into that slot until Santana gets back. The huge caveat is.... We're playing really good baseball and I don't REALLY want to upset the apple cart. OK.... we've officially gotten this thread off track

Berrios promoted to AAA Rocherster Chih-Wei Hu Promoted to AA Chattanooga Steven Gonsalves Promoted to High A Ft Myers Lewis Thorpe had a miracle performed on him and was activated at Low A Cedar Rapids

    Here's the rule that I saw (Regarding game 163) ------------------------- A Player who began serving a 162- game suspension for a violation involving a Performance Enhancing Substance on the first day of a championship season also will be ineligible to participate in any tie-breaker games during that season after the completion of his suspension. -------------------------- So, I was incorrect.... the 163rd game ban was for those who were suspended for the ENTIRE 162 game regular season (not the 80 game suspension). They would also be ineligible for that postseason, but the language was added to close a potential minor loophole.

    He's not eligible for game 163 either, which is double-stupid since they count it as a regular season game for the record books.

    I was hopeful that once Vargas' 10 day demotion clock was up, that he would be promoted, at the cost of one of the 8 relievers. The 10 days are up.

    The Twins success has pretty much forced national organizations to write an obligatory piece about them, but most of them have been Fluke this, Fluke that, Small sample size, Regression to the Mean, etc. This article does some of that, to be sure, but at least counterpoints it by talking about some of the Twins are are performing below expectations and could help stem some of that Regression to the Mean. http://grantland.com/the-triangle/2015-mlb-minnesota-twins-surprising-start/ The one part I disagree with is that Aaron Hicks has been "terrible." Seems like the person that wrote that has been just looking at boxscores. I don't often catch the SportsCenter Top 10, or the daily Web Gems, but I have to think Hicks has been in there several times in the last week. It's one thing to make diving catches when there is nobody on base, but these catches have literally been run(s) saving.

    Interestingly, he's not listed in the league leaders for the Florida State League, but he is listed as playing for the Ft Myers Miracle on his profile page on MiLB.com (at least this was the case a few hours ago)
