Help: Former Twins in playoffs

I have adopted the Pirates for Justin, but who are the other former Twins in the 2013 postseason?

 

Today I've seen Hunter, Breslow, Ortiz, and Delmon. I have also seen Liriano and know about Punto. Whom am I missing?

I'm rooting for the Pirates because of Justin. He was my favorite Twin since the moment he came up and I'm so happy for him he gets this chance.

I'd love a Pirates-Rays series but that is looking pretty dim for the Rays.

 

If the Series ends up being Dodgers-Red Sox, I won't be watching much.
