Whats for supper?

I cut up a chicken and marinated it in Sambal, Siracha, lime juice, rice wine vinegar, agave syrup, honey, toasted cumin, chipotle powder, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. I'm going to grill it with a little smoke, and serve it over vegetable brown rice, and chimichiri sauce.

I'd like to see him go through the league a couple more times (he's only faced three teams twice this year) before I make that call. But I've got hope.

I'm an excitable person. If what I said does not come to fruition. Please don't hold it against me.:)

I'm having the same thing, but Mr "Swanson" is my chef.

Sambal is a garlic chili sauce, and siracha is an awesome smooth spicy chili sauce.

Siracha sauce: So good that their only advertising is word of mouth.

Thank... That's educational... It doesn't look appetizing with that presentation.

Cool... It sounds tastier that way.

Humbled and ashamed, I get up to put my unopened can of Chef Boyardee ravioli back in the cupboard.

There is also a rooster on the Sambal jar. It's usually called rooster sauce in commercial kitchens.

A good squirt of siracha with mayo and a little sour cream is a great dipping sauce.

On a side note. both these sauces will cost you 3 or 4 bucks at Lunds. A buck fifty at an Asian market.

I'll name the dish:

"Smoked Chicken with Stuff on it"

That's how I "dance."

I imagine it looks something like this:

I get that. Cooking is my career. I'm also lucky enough that I have a blast doing it.

I don't know, it's kind of a southeast Asian Peruvian fusion thing.

No thanks. I prefer to shop at Glunn's. He has a better selection and his products are free.
