Twins acquire AJ Minter from the Mets

Billy Amick and Bruin Agbayani to the Mets for Minter. Minter certainly is now in the mix with Morris and Gomez for higher leverage use. Good deal

21 and 22 on the teams prospect rankings ,,  on paper looks good to the start of the wild weekend and Monday coming up

Excellent start to trade deadline. Consistent proven left-handed reliever. Don't mind the cost. I hope Agbayani does well for the Mets.

Yup, arguably both of them are guys that would have a hard path to finding playing time in the majors here. Wish them well, but this is a deal you make every day for a good reliever at the deadline.
